Detective Richards had been employed with the New York City Police Department for 18 years, and is survived by his three sisters and two brothers.

Police Officer Walter Weaver

Officer Weaver had been a member of the New York City Police Department for nine years, and is survived by his parents and two brothers.

Sergeant Rodney Gillis

Officer Perry was at police headquarters filing his retirement papers when he was notified about the first airplane striking the first tower.
He rushed to the scene to assist with rescue operations and was killed when one of the towers collapsed. He was assigned to the 40th Precinct.
Officer Perry had been employed with the New York City Police Department for eight years, and is survived by his parents, brother, and sister.

Sergeant Coughlin had been employed with the New York City Police Department for 18 years, and is survived by his wife, three daughters, mother, and brother.

Police Officer Jerome Dominguez

Badge Number: 10003

Officer Dominguez had been employed with the New York City Police Department for 14 years, and is survived by his fianc´┐Ż, parents, and brother.

He was posthumously awarded the New York City Police Department's Medal of Honor for his heroic actions. He was assigned to ESU Truck 3.

Sergeant Timothy Roy

Tour of Duty: 16 years
Badge Number: 2926

Sergeant Roy was driving to traffic court in the morning when he witnessed the first plane crash into the first tower.
He called his wife on his cell phone to tell her he would not be home that evening due to the rescue operations he anticipated being involved in. He was killed during the rescue operation when one of the towers collapsed.

Sergeant Roy served with the New York City Police Department for 16 years,
and is survived by his wife and three children.

He was assigned to the Traffic Control Division's Surface Transportation Enforcement District - Bus Squad.
